RiFF is an open and creative space interested in experimentation; creative autonomy, teamwork, and listening are essential. Our cuisine does not seek a purely “technical” development but rather a sensitive one, open to small eccentricities rather than academicism.
We work strict 8-hour shifts, split days, from Tuesday to Saturday.
If you only know us through images and reading, I encourage you to come and eat first, or come to the auction with the chef; we value human contact and can discuss and share ideas around the bar. It's always a good idea to try to understand what you're getting into ;)
