  • The first contains five endearing interviews with different characters from different professions where gastronomy is discussed with the dedication of each of the guests.
  • The second chapter includes a series of photographs of Mollà's personal work where the reader can observe a journey of landscape and people related to the production of raw materials for gastronomy.
  • The third chapter contains the dishes created by Bernd H. Knöller and his team, where the chef, in brief comments, explains the history and the reason for each dish.
  • The fourth section includes a collection of extraordinary photographs by Mollà showing the “interior” of the Riff restaurant.
  • Finally, we find a list of the recipes of the dishes published in the book and their preparation process, as well as the English translation of all the texts in the book.

OUR WINE BOXES

Our wine boxes are a selection of natural wines carefully chosen by our sommelier Ivan Rumyantsev.
The idea of offering you a set of “natural wines” with different levels of complexity responds to the incessant demand to gradually learn about these “new” flavors, cleaner and more transparent, deeper and more sensitive, that so surprise those who do not know them.

Absolute respect for nature combined with minimal intervention in the vineyard and the winery manage to preserve the purity and achieve the maximum expression of flavor and terroir.

More and more of us are observing the processes standardized by the wine industry with a critical eye, which, in the face of large wine productions, develop chemical and mechanical techniques in which sulfites are one among many chemical additives that desperately try to “stabilize” the flavor.
We are loyal followers of those winegrowers who, with small means, make great wines, where the product is not “standardized”, but is pampered and cared for in each phase of production, assuming its difference and its character.
In short, here we propose a progression of “living wines” that we are passionate about, for all those who want to develop their sensitivity as well as their palate:
