- The first contains five endearing interviews with different characters from different professions where gastronomy is discussed with the dedication of each of the guests.
- The second chapter includes a series of photographs of Mollà's personal work where the reader can observe a journey of landscape and people related to the production of raw materials for gastronomy.
- The third chapter contains the dishes created by Bernd H. Knöller and his team, where the chef, in brief comments, explains the history and the reason for each dish.
- The fourth section includes a collection of extraordinary photographs by Mollà showing the “interior” of the Riff restaurant.
- Finally, we find a list of the recipes of the dishes published in the book and their preparation process, as well as the English translation of all the texts in the book.
