This menu represents the ever-changing development of decades of work, both mine and that of those around me. Working as a team with very clear guidelines, RiFF is a place where we, from diverse backgrounds, explore new possibilities of the product that characterizes us, the local one.
RiFF is defined by a passion and an obsession with the sea and the garden; being able to buy the freshest fish and seafood at the fish market auction in Valencia is truly a luxury. Almost all of our fish and seafood come from there, where the battered fishing boats arrive after a hard day, and the octopuses try to escape from the trays.

The wine pairing (€80) surprises with its novelty and playfulness. Ivan Rumyantsev, our sommelier, seeks the balance between wine and our cuisine, simple and with character, and it is no wonder that we surround ourselves with natural, fresh and wild wines, which even with Ivan's mastery we barely manage to keep still in the bottle.
