“Le vin, moins on le touche, mieux ça vaut” Jules Chauvet

Jules Chauvet, the father of natural wine, said that the less the wine was touched, the better it turned out.
We have reached the same conclusion, and that is precisely what we are looking for now for RiFF:

We believe that the wines that are touched as little as possible are the ones that best pair with our dishes.
They may have no sulfur, or a homeopathic dose (we are not that radical), but they are all made based on the same idea: Absolute respect for nature combined with minimal intervention in the vineyard and the winery, to preserve purity and achieve the maximum expression of flavor and terroir.

Most of these wines come from small wineries, are extremely limited productions, and are sometimes very difficult to obtain.

Many of the bottles come to us directly from the winery, because we always seek to have a personal relationship with the vigneron, since it is sometimes impossible to understand a wine without knowing its creator. Behind each label there is a world, and to discover it you have to know the vineyard, the winegrower, and why not, even the horse that helps him in the vineyard.

The goal is for most of our wines to be of minimal intervention, but it is a process and it takes time. We are gradually reducing the wines that are not natural, biodynamic, or organic, but we do not want to remove them all from our list either - some classics and wines with which we have a lifelong sentimental bond will remain in our cellar.
