“À la carte” is an alternative for those who like to come and try things out, perhaps taking it a bit easier and without diving headfirst into our Excellent Menu. It's a lovely way to enjoy fewer dishes in more generous portions.It is often taken for granted that in gastronomic restaurants, one must be guided by the complex choreographies designed by the chef, but that's not entirely true. After all, we've come here to enjoy ourselves, so what if we just do as we please?
I really enjoy observing movements and trends in gastronomy, and I currently see, and understand, that more and more people don't need to get lost in long and complex tasting menus and simply want to choose à la carte.
• includes water, homemade spelt bread with olive oil, flor de sal and rosemary, and homemade wheat sourdough bread
• all fish we offer are wild-caught (not farmed) from the Valencia fish auction
• the only salt we use in our kitchen is unrefined sea salt
