Our Culinary Commitments

  • we bake fresh bread daily. Enjoy our spelt bread, made with olive oil, flor de sal, and a touch of rosemary, and our sourdough bread crafted from stone-ground wheat flour, with flax, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds. Every loaf is prepared with the same passion we've had since RiFF opened in 2001. Both are included with your meal.

    Please note: For our guests requiring gluten-free options, we offer delicious gluten-free bread from TRITICUM bakery in Barcelona for an additional €3.80.

  • Tuawa Water: A Sustainable Choice. At RiFF, we are committed to excellence and sustainability. That's why we've included Tuawa water on our menu. This filtered and treated water, available sparkling and still, is our choice to reduce environmental impact while offering you purity and freshness.
  • Guérande Grey Sea Salt: The only salt used in our kitchen is traditional Guérande grey sea salt, which is, of course, guaranteed unwashed, unrefined, and additive-free.
